1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery if the product received has a valid issue covered under this policy.

Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible unless required by applicable law.


2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

You may be eligible if:

  • Item received is not as described
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Missing items or incorrect quantity
  • Serious quality defect
  • Packaging was severely damaged affecting product quality
  • Order was incomplete
  • Product became unusable due to verified transit damage

3. Non-Eligible Reasons

Returns or refunds may not be approved for:

  • Change of mind after shipment
  • Minor color, size, or natural variation in agricultural products
  • Delays caused by customs or carrier issues beyond our control
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper storage or handling by customer
  • Opened consumable goods without proven quality issue
  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day period without valid legal basis

4. How to Request a Return

To start a claim, contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Product name
  • Photos/videos of issue
  • Packaging photos
  • Clear explanation of problem
  • Delivery date

Providing complete evidence helps us resolve your request faster.


5. Review & Resolution

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Free replacement
  • Store credit
  • Reshipment of missing items
  • Other fair resolution based on the case

We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approval.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 14 business days depending on your payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

Actual timing may vary based on country and payment method.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, defect, verified quality issue), we may cover return shipping or compensate you.
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Do not return products without prior approval.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


8. Damaged Orders in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery

We will review and assist with replacement or refund where eligible.


9. International Orders

For cross-border shipments:

  • Import duties and local taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Customs delays are not automatically grounds for refund.
  • If goods are rejected due to buyer-side import restrictions, refund eligibility may be limited.

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny claims involving:

  • False damage reports
  • Abuse of refund policy
  • Missing evidence
  • Repeated suspicious claims
  • Returned products different from shipped items
